So glad we found this place! We are visiting the area and looking up gluten free places since my daughter has an allergy. Just ordered the original chicken and steamed rice. It was amazing. So crispy and flavorful. Definitely stopping in whenever we are in Anaheim. We ordered to go and the customer service was great at ordering and pickup.

My partner and I always try to stop by whenever we’re in the area! It’s a long drive but so worth it! We’ve only really had the fried chicken but they’re always so delicious and consistent each visit. The inside is usually kind of empty, I wish more people came by to appreciate their food!

Whenever my family is in the area, we always try to eat at Kpop Rice Flour Chicken. I’ve gone maybe 3-4 times and I keep coming back for the chicken’s crispiness and delicious sauce. Though I noticed the last time I went, the chicken wasn’t as crispy as before. I’m hoping it was just a one-time fluke. Parking/Service/Ambiance: Lots of parking in the lot even on a Friday night. I appreciated that there’s a call button on each table to prevent having to wave down a server. Food came out fairly quickly. Lots of indoor (only) tables and seats. There were several TVs that streamed sports games. It was nice to watch the Dodgers game while we were eating. There are 2 bathrooms and it was pretty clean. Food: -#9 Spicy Rice Cake with Ramen: great to share as appetizer. For me this wasn’t too spicy and I love the flavor. -Corn Cheese: could comfortably share with 2-3 people -Ssal Hot and Spicy Chicken: half order came with 6 pieces. For someone who likes super spicy food, this wasn’t very spicy to me. I love the sauciness and the flavor though as mentioned, I wish it was a tad bit crispier. -Ssal Honey Garlic Chicken: full order came with about 12. Overall: I’m hoping that the lack of crispiness of the chicken was a one time thing. Otherwise, I’ll continue to come back to this restaurant!

The chicken here is legit. Thin batter with a good kick. The pork belly dish was good also. I can say this is a hole in the wall chicken spot for all that is on a hunt.

I am trying to support the small business around the area whenever we spend time at soak city. Kids wanted chicken and this happened to be the restaurant they picked out of the yelp list. The boneless chicken and the wings are crunchy with their rice flour coating. My husband liked their corn cheese. The truffle fries are just okay.

Almost three years ago, I tried Kpop Rice Flour Chicken for the first time via a delivery service. The name almost made me hesitate, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. They use rice flour to batter their chicken, making it a fantastic option for those who are gluten-free. However, be cautious as some sauces still contain gluten. Gluten-Free Options: Traditional Chicken Honey Garlic Chicken Chicken Gizzard Bossam Restaurant Atmosphere: The restaurant has the typical vibe of an older Korean establishment, featuring mostly booth seating, Kpop singers on soju advertisements, and Kpop music playing in the background. Food Ratings: Traditional Chicken: 8.7/10 The chicken is excellent, especially since I typically can’t have fried chicken. The honey garlic sauce is okay, but the traditional version is the best. Honey Garlic Chicken: 7.2/10 I ordered the sauce on the side because the garlic flavor can be overpowering. It’s good, but not my favorite. Bossam: 6.4/10 This isn’t the place to come for bossam. It’s fine as a side dish but lacks some staple pairings, particularly kimchi. Fried Gizzard: 9.1/10 The fried gizzard is outstanding. The rice flour gives it a crispy texture, and the combination of crunch and meatiness is perfect. Overall: Kpop Rice Flour Chicken is a must-visit for those with dietary restrictions like mine. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves fried chicken.

This place. WOW! Not that I'm a connisseur of Korean fried chicken, but this place is pretty damn amazing. The chicken is phenomenal. It's fresh cooked in RICE FLOUR, which they claim is better and I'd have to agree with that. Not sure if the other Korean chicken places use the same type of coating, but this is amazing! Our party ended up getting 2 whole chickens. One with a sweet garlic sauce (mouthwatering) drizzle and one in spicy soy drizzle. Maybe we ordered wrong but I wish they were all over coated in the sauces vs. a drizzle. Nonetheless, I made short work of the scrumptious chicken. Also, as a Korean joint, I think there is an expectation to have good corn cheese. As simple as it was, the corn cheese here was great! It didn't taste overcooked or stale as some other places I've been. It had the right amount of cheese to sweet corn ratio. Next time maybe they can add some jalapeños for us spicy heads. Inside is roomy, the staff is very nice and service is very quick. A bit pricier than others K chicken joint s but I will be coming back to this place more often.

I wouldn't recommend to have to go here. I ordered small sweet and spicy boneless chicken, and it looked more like little bite size chicken and portion was too little even for small. It came with a sweet spicy sauce and sweet chicken moo (raddish) in a little container. It wasn't as crisp, but not that bad, tasted like home made. The sauce was good. (Sorry for the bad photo, couldn't see clearly from outdoors)
